Rappahannock Legal Services, Inc

Rappahannock Legal Services, a non-profit organization, has provided free civil legal assistance to people in the Fredericksburg area for over forty years. We continue to represent and assist residents of the sixteen counties of the Rappahannock River watershed who cannot afford the assistance needed to overcome critical situations such as: spousal abuse, housing discrimination, eviction, and denial of Medicaid. Domestic concerns, housing, health and income maintenance receive our priority. In addition, we extend our dedication to community assistance through education programs by our staff and involvement with various local organizations such as the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank. Through legal assistance, education and community involvement, Rappahannock Legal Services provides necessary assistance to people in dire need.
