We are dedicated to creating safe, supportive environments where every child can grow, connect, and thrive at their own pace. We believe that learning should be joyful, accessible, and tailored to the unique strengths of each child. Through community support, educational resources, and sensory-friendly programs, we aim to build a world where all children—regardless of ability—are celebrated, supported, and given the tools they need to shine.

Autism Learn & Play Inc. is a nonprofit that gives children with autism the support they need. No long waits. Kids can learn from home, join therapy sessions, or explore the community on daily field trips. We focus on growth, independence, and joy. Every child has a chance to learn, play, and thrive.

our story

Autism Learn & Play Inc. was founded by Cynthia Destine-Pierre, a mother of three children on the autism spectrum. She faced long waits for essential services and realized something had to change. It was not just about her children. It was about all the children who need support now. With a B.A. in Psychology and a deep passion for helping children with autism, Cynthia decided to take action. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Special Education with a focus on ABA Therapy and plans to become a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Cynthia is committed to continuing her education through research and doctoral studies to help children reach their full potential.
