Del Paso Blvd PBID No. 2005-03 Governed by the Property and Business Improvement District Law of 1994, Property and Business Improvement Districts known as (PBID’s) were created as a financing mechanism where property owners enter into a special assessment district to improve their commercial districts.The Del Paso Boulevard PBID was formed on June 30, 2005, by City Council action to help improve the commercial corridor district along Del Paso Boulevard in North Sacramento. The assessment levied on property within the Del Paso PBID provides funding for image enhancement, security and safety, business advocacy, and economic development initiatives above and beyond those currently provided by the City of Sacramento.
