About Us:
Career Moves is the division of JVS that serves professional-level job seekers and career changers. With primary funding from the Combined Jewish Philanthropies and United Way, we serve both the Jewish and general communities of professionals from new grad to mature workers.
Our Expertise and Our Values:Our staff includes some who have been employment coaches and career counselors for their entire career. Others have backgrounds in education, social work, business and non-profit management. We have certifications in counseling, resume writing, distance learning and career development. Collectively we are a team of diverse professionals who take a holistic and collaborative approach to working with you. We consider your circumstances, desires, values as well as your experience, skills and expertise. A satisfying career is not just about what you do. It is about who you are.
