About Us
Alaria Chamber Ensemble brings exciting unique programming to the classical world. We are seeking Board Members who share our love of music and are committed to promoting our goals. Alaria has performed at Weill Recital Hall/Carnegie Hall for the past 25 years, and the Alaria musicians teach at Mannes College of Music. We are starting new educational and programs for teenagers and would like new board members to help develop these programs as well as work in fundraising, public relations and audience development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the musicians and other board members, and you will be doing interesting and meaningful work. Experience in the music busines or any of the above areas would be helpful, as would a background in entertainment law or accounting.
