Carolina Community Impact(CCI) promotes community and economic development by delivering capital and credit counseling to low-income consumers and small business owners. CCI partners with the parent organization Consumer Education Services, Inc. to offer a holistic solution that addresses the challenges that under-resourced entrepreneurs have with both personal and business financial management
