    A nonprofit 501(c)(3) community development corporation with the mission of providing low-to-moderate income communities with workforce development, technical assistance to small businesses, financial credit literacy education, and neighborhood revitalization through affordable housing in Collin, Dallas, Denton, & Tarrant Counties. Based in Frisco, Texas but serving all of Texas.

    About Us

    Our four pillars are:

    1. Bootstrap Building - as a CDC we build homes for low to moderate income families. (Income levels $50k -200k)
    2. Workforce Development - E3 Program Educate. Empower. Employ. We Educate by partnering w/ Colleges for industry specific job readiness training. We Empower by offering life skills, soft skills, mental health counseling, life coaching, and case management to ensure we are serving the whole person. We Employ w/ on-the-job through job readiness training programs.
    3. Online Educational Platform - for the past 12 years we have educated in the community using our 26 bank approved programs for first time home buyers, high school and college students, as well as Entrepreneurs. We extended these educational courses by creating an online school so our clients can take their courses on the go and still obtain a certificate of completion at the 90% mastery level. The B3 Better Business Banking Series is for Entrepreneurs where we have served more than 262 business owners.
    4. Youth Services - Free College Registration Classes at local high schools. Students learn how to start college in high school to capture a competitive advantage.
