We are creating healthier communities by providing fresh healthy food, nutrition literacy and health & wellness resources for our neighbors in need. We are committed to developing a cooperative model that can be used in communities across the country where food insecurity and malnutrition are present.

    Bounty & Soul is a Black Mountain-based nonprofit that connects, shares, and celebrates nutritious food, education, and community. We host weekly FREE, fresh produce markets paired with nutrition and wellness education and resources for adults and children as well as accessible yoga and Zumba classes. We are dedicated to creating communities where everyone has the right and opportunity to eat well, be nourished, and thrive.
