About Us

CASAs (Court Appointed Special Advocates) are volunteers that work directly with a foster youth in Yolo County.

CASAs get to know their appointed youth by visiting and engaging in fun activities once a week. They also gather important information from reports and professionals to advocate for the youth's best interests related to their placement, education, and well-being.

To learn more about the role, join us for an information session here: https://calendly.com/borowsky/info-session. Or to discover whether or not it is a good fit for you, take our qualifications survey here: https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/5833835/Pre-Screening
