    Who We Serve

    East Valley serves individuals and families seeking health care services within the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Communities. Whether you are experiencing the challenges of a chronic illness, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma or HIV or need a wellness check-up, dental care, vision services or counseling, we encourage you to make an appointment at any of our facilities.

    East Valley accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare and Covered California. If you are uninsured, East Valley will assist you with specific programs in accordance to their eligibility requirements. No one is turned away because of inability to pay.
