    WE ENVISION A NATION IN WHICH EVERY FAMILY HAS A HOME, A LIVELIHOOD, AND THE CHANCE TO BUILD A BETTER FUTURE.

    Family Promise of Cowlitz County provides a holistic approach to family homelessness in our community. Families served are those in crisis and are situationally homeless. Through outreach, intensive case management, and connection to wrap around services, families will graduate the program into sustainable housing.
