    Since 1985 the mission of NAMI Memphis has been to improve the quality of life for persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses and for their families/caregivers, mental health providers, police officers, and the general public through EDUCATION, SUPPORT, RESEARCH, and ADVOCACY.

    We are a grassroots organization which offers free education, support, and advocacy for families living with a mental illness and for individuals with a mental illness.
