About Us
Acres of Diamonds is a faith-based transitional housing non-profit serving moms and kids on the Eastside. Founded in 1995, Acres has continued to grow in our ability to serve and in the quality of our programs over the years. Using the principles of Trauma Informed Care, individualized case management, and educational and employment opportunities, Acres works to help our residents stop the cycle of homelessness.
