    The Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project helps low-income immigrants improve their legal status and works for more just and humane laws and policies affecting immigrants.

    About Us

    ILAP is Maine's only statewide immigration legal aid organization. We serve low income Mainers through three programs: Full Representation, Immigration Clinic and Education/Outreach. ILAP will refer any prospective client who we are unable to assist, but annually the agency serves more than 3100 immigrants seeking to improve their legal status.
