    Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. helps people enhance their lives through training, workforce development services and collaboration with other community organizations.

    About Us

    As a leader in workforce development, Goodwill offers programs that prepare individuals to succeed in their chosen job fields, develop personally and become more independent. Services include career planning and preparation, vocational evaluation, job coaching and work experience. In addition, Goodwill partners with community colleges to offer skills training classes in fields such as office technology, entry-level healthcare, skilled trades and service industries. Each year, Goodwill serves over 30,000 people in its programs and places over 4,000 qualified people into jobs in northwest North Carolina. To pay for its programs, Goodwill sells donated clothes and other household items in its retail stores.
