WorkLife Partnership

  • About Us

WorkLife Partnership helps create sustainable communities and thriving workplaces by partnering with employers. WorkLife's approach to economic vitality is called the Sustainable Workforce model which engages human capital, increases economic opportunity for families through work, protects the bottom line, and builds more inclusive workplace cultures. Our work extends far beyond employer-based programs, spreading out into the community via a vibrant network of partner programs aimed at creating more opportunities for working people and the nonprofits that serve them.

Our Navigators combine direct coaching and assistance with on-site presence to help employees face obstacles to stable employment such as housing, finance, transportation and legal issues.
