W.H.A.L.E.R.'s Creation (WHALERS) is a small volunteer-based non-profit organization with a mission to build and strengthen families involved in foster care or adoption, through advocacy, outreach, and training in the arts and media. “W.H.A.L.E.R." is an acronym consisting of the first letters of the founder's parents’ and grandparents’ names. The acronym honors those individuals whose love and deep devotion to family inspired the founder to establish the organization.
