Multicultural Medical Clinic

Multicultural Medical Clinic (MMC) is an independent nonprofit primary care clinic in Minneapolis dedicated to expanding access to affordable, culturally responsive health care for uninsured, low-income, immigrant, refugee, and multilingual communities. Our mission is to ensure that cost, language needs, and care-navigation barriers never prevent diverse residents from receiving timely, continuous primary care.

MMC provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care with a strong focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and integrated mental and behavioral health support. We also deliver enabling services that help patients succeed in care, including patient navigation, care coordination, interpretation, eligibility and enrollment assistance, and community outreach.

We ensure access to diagnostics through formal partnerships for laboratory services (Labcorp) and imaging (RAYUS Radiology). MMC operates a Sliding Fee Discount Program so no patient is denied services due to inability to pay, including a 100% discount for patients at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
