In4All mobilizes community, bringing local businesses and schools together to provide real world, hands-on learning experiences that expand opportunities for students who are historically underserved to engage in their education and aspire to careers in fields they might not otherwise consider possible.

In4All has been investing in education in Oregon since 1984 with innovative programs that connect students with careers. Our mission is to mobilize community, bringing local businesses and schools together to provide real-world, hands-on learning experiences that expand opportunities for students who come from communities historically underrepresented in STEM careers. We partner with local businesses and mainly Title I schools to generate student interest in science and math through our STEM Connect (4th/5th grade) and Design Thinking (middle and high school) programs. Our programs reach 3000 students across 20+ schools in 7 districts, collaborating with nearly 30 companies in the region.
