    The Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation is a 501(c)3 established in honor of the late Shirley P. Puller, a lifelong Pinellas county educator dedicated to inspiring and exciting underserved children to increase their reading skills to grade level and above.

    Mission

    Committed to the eradication of reading, math and science illiteracy in South St. Petersburg. In support of the Shirley Proctor Puller Foundation's varied initiatives to that end, we also collaborate with parents by providing free books and reading support to all children in our community.
