    Dedicated to HOPEGives, a social health movement that builds cultural attitudes of hope, understanding and acceptance for end of life, Hospice Giving Foundation takes a leadership role advocating for an integrated system of quality resources and evolving best practices for personalized end-of-life care. Annual grant funding to local non-profits providing end-of-life care, over $26 million since 1997, is a cornerstone of our work.
