One Reality (OR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing poverty and empowering vulnerable communities in Cameroon.

MISSION : Our mission is to restore hope and build resilience among disadvantaged women, youth, and children by providing opportunities for education, skills training, health services, and economic empowerment.

We envision thriving communities where all people have access to quality education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods.

To restore hope and build resilience among disadvantaged women, youth, and children by providing opportunities to gain professional skills, knowledge, and access to resources that can help transform their lives and trajectories.

Our values include empowerment, opportunity, dignity, collaboration, and integrity, focusing on empowering individuals, providing growth opportunities, restoring dignity, collaborating with communities, and upholding ethics and transparency.

Whom we serve

We serve underprivilege women, young girls, single mothers, youths affected by crisis. We empower these young adults by providing them with highly skilled training program within the facilities at alpha club limbe and a life skill program that promotes positive values, healthy habits and education through the vocational training programs such as ( sewing, clothing, Microfinancing, Tailoring, Hair dressing, metal works, glass works ..etc), and computer programs.
