Westgate Housing is a not-for-profit 98 unit tenant-controlled affordable housing complex in W. Brattleboro, VT. With an active tenants association and a community-based ownership board, developing a strong community is a cornerstone of Westgate Housing Inc's mission. We strive to create enriching programming for children and adults, foster engagement from all parts of the community, and create a safe, attractive, and affordable community by that represents the needs and wishes of its residents.
