About Us

The National Health Policy Forum offers a range of educational programming designed to help congressional and federal agency staff become better informed about current health policy issues. A strictly nonpartisan organization, the Forum does not advocate policy positions. It also maintains a "no press" rule to foster candor and allow for the open exchange of ideas and viewpoints. Over its more than 40 year history, the Forum has become highly regarded for objective analysis and the dissemination of timely, policy-relevant information. Based at the George Washington University and operating independently under the Office of the Vice President for Research, the Forum's staff comprises a small group of health policy analysts who possess a wide range of technical knowledge and experience gained by work in both the public and private sectors.
