    Dance Without Limits is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization that provides a dance program in Des Moines, Iowa for children and young adults with special needs who may not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the joy of dance.

    About Us

    We have inclusive classes on Sundays, held in two ten week session in the spring and fall. We are looking for volunteers to help on Sundays in the Des Moines Metro area. Email us at volunteer@dancewithoutlimits.org
