Organizational Statement Global change efforts require substantial infrastructure expertise. Together Foundation fosters cross functional and cross organizational learning for a dynamic network of individual professionals who manage human resources, finance, grants and contracts, and other operational functions in the international NGO sector. Our goal is to provide our members with the tools, information, and support to build successful infrastructures within their own organizations. We work to achieve this through training, networking, shared resources and good practices, to assist our members in building and leading teams who will become essential partners in accomplishing the mission of their organizations. Our commitment to members is to provide superior, personalized service and a collaborative forum committed to advancing the practice and profession of management and operations by connecting organizations, effecting change, and promoting personal and professional development as a foundation for organizational excellence. We strive to be the leading advocate to effect change on issues of importance to our members. We are a respected voice in the governmental policy arena on issues which impact our community. Our members benefit from open exchanges with government officials and with their professional peers on topics of mutual interest. Our training and workshops are continually updated to meet current legal requirements and thought leadership. Together Foundation brings together people and ideas from a wide range of organizations, countries and cultures, and helps identify emerging issues and trends in the industry enable our members to stay on top of their field and make the necessary changes for the future of the profession.
