Casa de Salud’s mission is to interweave traditional and conventional medicine to meet the physical, mental, and spiritual health needs of its patients in a welcoming, just, creative, and inclusive environment. We provide fair-priced healthcare to anyone in need.

Casa de Salud is a nonprofit integrative primary care clinic located in Albuquerque’s South Valley and expanding to our second site in Los Lunas. Our unique approach delivers care rooted in dignity, trust, creativity, cultural humility, and mutual respect, recognizing historical inequalities while valuing community strengths. We offer a comprehensive suite of services, including conventional healthcare, integrative healing, syringe exchange, opioid addiction treatment, case management, and a successful workforce development program for young people of color to become healthcare professionals. We are seeking a skilled DIrector of Operations to play a vital role in maintaining and expanding the financial, business, and operations systems that allow our innovative organization to thrive.
