“From Me To You” Community Outreach is a Non-Profit Charitable Organization dedicated to supporting teen mothers. Our organization provides a wide range of services to young mothers, including counseling, childcare support, education, housing, mentorship and much more.

“From Me To You” Community Outreach program is committed to supporting these young mothers and providing them with the resources they need to succeed. We are boots on the ground and out in the communities making a difference. We are on course to developing a proven track record of success, helping many young mothers to complete their education, find employment, and provide a stable home for their children.
