NGO "Social Ecology"

Our main goals refer to the following: -development of the environmental education; -increasing public awareness about the environmental problems; -promoting the strength of NGOs and growth of their role in developing open civil society. During the last five years we have organized and conducted various educational projects such as Summer Ecological School; Winter Ecological School, Distant Learning on Environment in Siberia; Open Competition "Russian Provinces"-for the environmental NGOs in Russia. Our last and current projects also refer to our concern on the issues of globalization and sustainable development("Civil Society and Sustainable Development", "Environmental Education for the Sustainable Development")
