    • Mission

    Northeast Oklahoma Adult Soccer Association (NEOASA) was formed to promote the development of the sport of adult soccer, through organization and competition. NEOASA is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation, Inc. (USSF) and Oklahoma Soccer Association (OSA). NEOASA is the sanctioned adult soccer body is the covering the Green Country territory of northeast Oklahoma. NEOASA currently has Men's, Women's, Men's Over 30, & Men's Master's. Any soccer team or organization in the Green Country area shall be admitted to membership in the Northeast Oklahoma Adult Soccer Association. SoktoberFest is our annual tournament run concurrently with the OktoberFest celebration in the city of Tulsa and is open registration to any sanctioned U19 or adult team.

    About Us

    SoktoberFest offers one of the most unique adult soccer environments in America. 2021 Represents our 34th annual SoktoberFest tournament in Tulsa, OK at the Metro Tulsa Soccer Fields located at 105th and South Delaware. In the past years, an average of 64 teams per year and up to 120 referees have traveled to Tulsa from eleven states. This year's tournament begins Friday October 22nd in the late afternoon and will conclude with championship matches Sunday October 24th in the evening. Come be a part of a fun outdoor soccer tournament while earning your volunteer hours.
