    We have been in Randolph County for 31 years and are the oldest animal organization in the county. We offer a discounted spay and neuter voucher program to help the citizens of Randolph County afford to spay/neuter their pets. We want to stop the overpopulation of dogs and cats and help spay or neuter as many animals at the same time making it affordable for all.
