Highland Park Community Early Learning Center

The Highland Park Community Early Learning Center was founded in 1951 by Martha Struve Freeman to provide high-quality, licensed, early childhood education and care to children 2 1/2 to 5. We are committed to providing a safe, educational and nurturing environment where children feel safe, cared for and respected. At “Community”, we believe every child deserves to thrive. The Highland Park Community Early Learning Center is located on the North Shore of Chicago in Highland Park, Illinois.
