    Since 2016, Team Wilderness has enhanced diversity and inclusion in our natural spaces by offering innovative wilderness programs to our underserved teens in Hudson County, NJ. The mission of Team Wilderness is to use an experiential education model to teach underserved urban teenagers teamwork, leadership, and character through wilderness excursions. This is done through our four signature programs: The Wilderness Club, Summer Treks, Wilderness on the Water, and our Partnership Programs.
