    VISION:   

    To improve the health and well-being of rural animals, especially dogs, and through that, improve the lives of people in all the communities in the Oliver Tambo region of the Eastern Cape.   

    MISSION:

    To provide basic PAHC (Primary Animal Health Care) services, including treatments, medicines, vaccinations, sterilisations and education, in an outreach capacity, to all indigent rural homesteads who own companion animals, in order to reduce diseases and poverty by increasing health for all. 

    VALUES:

    To remain as an autonomous, transparent, not for profit, self-sustaining and ethical body striving toward the betterment of indigent human and animal kind.
