The Philadelphia Parent Child Center is committed exclusively to enhancing and enriching the social well being of children and families located in the North Philadelphila community. We pledge to work creatively with the community by providing support services, through its many programs, to assure that all persons whose lives are touched by the Center will be strengthened, empowered, and encouraged to become self-sufficient through a nurturing environment that promotes self-determination and a satisfying quality of life.
