Our mission is to improve the diagnosis and treatment of lupus, support individuals and families affected by the disease, increase awareness of lupus among health professionals and the public, and find the causes and cure.

    About Us

    The Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, organized in 1984 by patients, physicians, family members and friends, is a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation. Our service area consists of 49 counties in the Texas Gulf Coast region. The Chapter raises funds to provide patient services, education, public awareness, and to support research.
