The ACL in Boulder County exists to ensure these rights by acting as a catalyst to promote attitudes, practices, programs and policies that result in full participation.

    About Us

    The ACL is the Arc Chapter serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Since 1974 we have been providing resources, training, and individual and systems change advocacy for children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, their families, friends and communities.
