Established in 2010, Manu Biological Station protects close to 9,000 acres of tropical forests in the buffer zone of Manu National Park. We work in the Amazon headwaters, where the world’s greatest rainforest meets the world’s longest mountain range, where the world’s most mighty river arises within in sight of glaciers and condors and descend through thick cloud forest into majestic old growth forests.
