CCYP shapes the Cape by creating opportunities for our region's workforce and aspiring leaders to connect, engage, advance, and lead.

CCYP is the Cape's largest networking, mentoring, and community-building organization. As a women-led nonprofit with 20 years of impact, CCYP was built on a simple but powerful belief: nothing meaningful is built alone. That conviction is the foundation of everything we do, connecting young professionals to each other, to mentors, and to the broader Cape Cod community so that no one has to navigate their path in isolation.

Networking & Community Events — CCYP hosts 30+ gatherings annually, which bring professionals together in relaxed, relationship-centered settings throughout the year. Mentorship in Motion — The transition from adolescence to adulthood represents a critical vulnerability period for Cape Cod's young people. While Barnstable County's school-aged youth benefit from established mentoring programs, that support disappears precisely when it's needed most. Cape Women's Leadership Initiative — This flagship leadership development program was created to invest directly in the next generation of women leaders on Cape Cod. Through engaging workshops led by dynamic facilitators, mentoring sessions with accomplished Cape women leaders, and ongoing coaching, participants develop the leadership skills essential for both personal and professional growth. The program is intentionally collaborative, building not just individual capacity, but a supportive cohort of women who will go on to lift each other and their communities.
