Building a Financial Future (BaFF) is a non-profit organization based in Chicago, Illinois focused on equipping and empowering consumers to make financially responsible decisions and inform consumers of their rights and protections. BaFF’s goal is to provide an unbiased source of information to answer questions from a consumer protection perspective and help the everyday consumer understand their rights, responsibilities and protections in building success for the future.

BaFF was founded in 2018 by Jamie James and Andi Smith with the express purpose of supporting individuals and communities in achieving financial literacy through education, sponsorship and support.
