Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private non-profit substance abuse treatment provider with decades of experience and a number of program locations throughout the 5 county Finger Lakes Region. Services include a crisis center, multiple outpatient clinics and residential facilities, as well as vocational and housing services. Over 5,000 people are served each year.
