    The Playing for Power Project (also known as P4P2) is a non-stock corporation (applying for non-profit status) guided by a Board of Directors and volunteers with the purpose of exploring and experiencing the links between sports participation and leadership development in girls. The Project brings together experts and advocates with knowledge about and experience with girls and women who are or want to be involved in sports.

    MISSION: The Playing for Power Project (P4P2) is a youth-focused initiative that explores the relationship between sports participation and leadership development in girls and women through education and programming focused on advocacy, networking, service, and mentoring.
