ELiTE increases equity, opportunity and readiness for STEM-related postsecondary pathways for students attending public schools serving majority low-income Black and Latino/a populations. 

We partner with schools to increase schools’ capacity to deliver rigorous and engaging  STEM courses along with supplementary academic, college and career advising to better prepare students for postsecondary STEM pathways.

Commencing our journey by creating and furnishing schools with technically-advanced STEM curricula (complementary to school curricula), supplemented with co-teaching support, ELiTE began with impacting students’ academic exposure. Thereafter, through further analyses and evaluation, ELiTE broadened its impact to addressing additional critical gaps in students’ holistic planning and preparation towards strategically-selected STEM college and career pathways, including ‘Career & Technical Education’, ‘College Readiness & Career Exploration’, and ‘Social Emotional Learning’ curricula.
