PICB is a not-for-profit community/real estate development and capacity building organization founded in 2002 to ensure the interest of seniors, low to moderate income families and individuals are represented as the neighborhoods in the metropolitan Chicago area we serve is redeveloped. PICB works to encourage and promote community, economic, social service and community-based self help programs.
