    Grace Resource Ministries (GRM-Health)

    Grace Resource Ministries (GRM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to closing healthcare disparities and improving health outcomes for marginalized populations. Based in Raleigh, NC, GRM provides free health education, resources, and community support to empower individuals and families toward healthier lives.

    Our mission is to reduce rehospitalizations, lower mortality rates, and increase access to vital health services by connecting communities with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive. Through partnerships, health fairs, workshops, and outreach programs, GRM brings practical solutions, compassionate care, and hope to underserved communities.
