NaliniKIDS

The mission of NaliniKIDS is to teach kids the value of physical and emotional fitness. NaliniKIDS is an in-school program for middle school students that combines a physical fitness regimen with a mindfulness-based emotional literacy component that can be integrated into all disciplines. NaliniKIDS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to improving the emotional and physical health of youth through in-school wellness programs that strengthen both mind and body.
