About Us
BCP is dedicated to education as a means of improving the lives of disadvantaged young people in Bali. It is founded on the belief that children, empowered to realize their potential, will enrich their own lives and their villages and contribute to the world we all share. Our programs include sponsorship of individual children, family support, classroom support, school improvements, teacher training and health education. Trapped in a cycle of rural poverty, it is quite often girls who are especially disenfranchised and in need of help. To benefit more children, BCP is also active in creating kindergartens and pre-kindergartens, orchestras, and educational opportunities in a growing number of communities.
