  • About Us

Baltimore Youth Apprenticeship Program (BYAP) - Green is for Baltimore City youth, ages 14-18. The program will be offered during the school year (October - June) and for six weeks in the summer (June - August). The program focuses on leadership development, job training and peer-to-peer mentoring with an emphasis on urban environmental issues and park conservation. Having youth learn and work in a safe environment, have positive interactions with their peers and adults and providing them with skills and knowledge they can use in the future are all goals of the BYAP - Green.
