We are a registered Non Governmental Organisation with headquarters in Cameroon. We are non commercial, non political, non denomenational, and without any cultural or social barriers. Authorisation N° 129/2008/RDDA/C19/BAPP I- Vission (INFORMATION VEHICULE FOR SUB SAHARA AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS AND NETWORKS), was founded to: EMPOWER COMPUTER LITERACY and bridge the digital gab between the north and south.

Objectives :

• To promote communication between the north and the south amongst all categories of citizens and members with view to resolving perceived computer literacy problems

• To develop and awareness of computer and language concerns worldwide

• To encourage and foster national and international networks in the Information Technology (IT) field
