HUMS-Uplifting Hearts, Minds and Souls

HUMS-UPLIFTING HEARTS, MINDS and SOULS has devoted its energy to passionately advocating in the fight against violence. We are a non-profit that provides a variety of help to individuals, especially women and children. We offer educational events, self-defense training, resource literature, speaking engagements, a variety of workshops, ministry, referrals, support groups, counseling, and body guard referrals too as well as provide connections for people to get help through shelters and other organizations until our shelters are operational and much more! We reach out to caring people like yourself, across this nation to help us reach our goals, objectives and efforts to provide help to those in need. We’ve had a TV show that we will be starting again soon and currently do a radio too, both designed to give a voice to survivors as well as educate the public. Our fundraising efforts, and the donations and contributions given, helps us reach our goals to open our safe-houses, shelters, healing centers, and also continue to provide workshops, support groups, resources and materials to those in need.
